- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The EZ pass is something you just have to have. This is a State of Delaware office. Like all government agencies, they have their good and bad people. So in person, they are OK to deal with. When you call on the phone, it is hit or miss. I wish this was a privately held company.By Donald B. Reeder, July 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately, the convenience that one would get from not having to wait in long toll-lines is cancelled out from having to deal with Delaware E-ZPass customer service. With limited customer-service hours and service and awkward personal mentalities from customer service representatives, i had to close my account to avoid further monetary-loss. I was cash-charged on a toll as well as charged on the E-ZPass. Before I furnished any other information on the double charge, I was told there's nothing they could do. Of course, i let the rep know that I would have to close my account so I do not get scammed again, and her reply was, "Well, if you wanna close your account because of what another state did, go ahead". I was closing my account because the rep didn't even attempt to verify the double charge. I closed my account because it was more of a hassle than a convenience.By P Marie, October 07, 2016
